2. Services and Products

We provide ski and snowboard servicing, tuning, repairs, equipment sales (in-person and online), and training courses.

Prices in GBP, VAT included where applicable.

Turnaround times are estimates only.

3. Bookings, Sales and Payments

​

​

3.1 Service and Course Bookings

​

Book online, by phone, WhatsApp, or email.

Deposits may be required.

Full payment is due before collection or attendance.

​

 

3.2 Online Sales

​

Orders confirmed by email receipt.

Product descriptions are accurate to our knowledge, but errors may occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors or withdraw items.

3.3 Postal Orders

 

Items dispatched using reputable carriers.

Delivery times are estimates.

You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

Risk passes on delivery. Damage must be reported within 48 hours.

3.4 Instore Sales

 

All goods sold in-store are as described at the point of purchase.

Please inspect items before leaving the premises, as responsibility passes to you upon completion of the sale.

 

We offer returns in accordance with UK Consumer Rights:

 

You may return unused goods in original packaging within 14 days, with proof of purchase.

Refunds or exchanges are only processed after items are inspected and approved.

We do not accept returns on used items unless faulty.

Custom, personalised, or special-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.

Faulty goods will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in line with UK law.

3.5 Payment Methods

 

We accept Card, Cash, Bank Transfer.

Additional costs only proceed with your approval.

3.6 Second-Hand Equipment Sales - “Ski Happy Guarantee”

 

We want you to feel confident when buying second-hand skis or snowboards from us. If, after using the equipment for up to 6 days of skiing, you are not satisfied, you may return it under our Ski Happy Guarantee. Upon return and inspection, we will issue a refund minus a usage deduction, calculated using the average daily rental rates charged by European ski rental stores for equivalent equipment. This guarantee applies only to equipment purchased directly from us, returned in reasonable condition (allowing for expected use over 6 days), and within 14 days of purchase. Custom or heavily modified equipment is excluded.

 

 

4. Drop-Off, Collection & Postal Servicing

Customers are responsible for delivering and collecting equipment.

Postal servicing must be securely packaged and tracked; we’re not responsible for transit losses before receipt.

Uncollected items after 30 days may be sold or disposed of to recover costs.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

​

5.1 Services:

​

Cancel before work begins = no charge.

If work has started, the full pre-agreed quote charges apply.

Within 48 hours = no refund of deposits or prepayments.

5.2 Courses:

​

More than 14 days’ notice = full refund.

Within 14 days = deposit forfeited.

Within 48 hours = no refund.

​

5.3 Online Sales:

​

14-day cooling-off period (unused, original packaging).

All items must be received and inspected before refund approval.

Damaged or incomplete returns may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount.

Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.

6. Liability

​

We perform work with reasonable skill and care.

We are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage or wear.

Misuse, accidents, or adjustments after collection.

Delays or damage outside our control.

Maximum liability is limited to the cost of work.

7. Warranty on Work

​

Contact us within 7 days if you believe work is incorrect.

Excludes normal wear, misuse, or unrelated faults.

​

These channels are used for orders, servicing, and course updates only.

No marketing messages without your consent.

Messages may be logged for service tracking.

Do not send sensitive payment information via these methods.

Email delivery is not guaranteed due to spam filters or server issues. If urgent, please confirm receipt by phone or WhatsApp.

Instructions sent by email are only treated as confirmed once acknowledged by us.

We reply during business hours but cannot guarantee immediate responses.
