• Online & In-Store Sales: Returns accepted within 14 days if unused and inspected.

• Second-Hand Gear – Ski Happy Guarantee: If you’re not happy after 6 days on the slopes, return your skis or board for a refund minus an average rental fee.

• Postal Servicing: Use tracked shipping – we’re responsible once items arrive with us.
